Select the settings
Choose both City and Beach if the itinerary genuinely includes both. The clothing cycle does not double; the same number of days and laundry interval still drive core clothing. The extra beach setting adds one swimwear starting set per person and one shared beach-bag reminder.
Check the specific activities before accepting those quantities. A long beach stay may call for a second swimwear set, while a brief shore walk may need none.
Build an outfit map
List the planned city activities and beach periods on separate lines. Identify clothes that work across both, such as a casual layer for travel and dinner. Keep pieces that need a dry change separate from pieces you can reuse.
Consider how you will carry damp items back to lodging. A bag on the checklist is a prompt, not a guarantee that it suits wet gear.
Check conditions and access
Look up expected weather, local facilities, and the distance between activities. Sand, heat, rain, or a cooler evening can change what is useful. If laundry is part of the plan, confirm when clothing can dry before its next use.
Avoid adding equipment because a generic packing list says everyone needs it. Match items to the exact place and activity.
Make the final edit
Use the printed or TXT list to adjust quantities and assign group items. The planner intentionally starts custom items at one; write the real count once the itinerary is set.
Review baggage restrictions with your carrier and accommodation before departure. The site does not encode current transport rules or destination requirements.
