Enter the basic trip
Set five days and the number of travelers. Choose City; add Beach or Camping only if those settings are actually part of the itinerary. With no planned laundry, the clothing cycle is five days. The planner starts each person at six tops, underwear, and sock pairs, four bottoms, and two sleepwear sets.
These are arithmetic starting points, not a prescription. If you prefer to rewear a top or dress for an event, edit your final list accordingly.
Map the days
Write down the main activity for each day: travel, walking, a meal with a dress code, a meeting, or a quiet day. This shows where one versatile outfit can cover more than one occasion and where a specific garment is needed.
Check the expected weather close to departure and consider indoor conditions too. One city can involve hot streets and cold interiors on the same day.
Separate carried and packed items
Put documents, essential reservations, and items you need en route on a small personal checklist. The shared transit reminder is a prompt to confirm routes or tickets, not a replacement for each traveler checking their own documents.
Measure your bag against the transport provider’s current allowance before choosing what goes where. Bag rules vary by carrier and ticket.
Review as a group
Use the group totals to see the combined clothing count, then decide which shared items actually need a single copy. A charging kit might cover two devices or not; check plugs and cables rather than assuming one kit is enough.
Print or download the estimate, mark adjustments, and do a final sweep against your actual reservations and itinerary.
