Count people first
Enter the actual traveler count, from one to eight. The planner multiplies per-person clothing quantities into group totals so the overall volume is visible. Group totals are a planning view; each person should still check their own needs and pack their own essentials.
For children or travelers with very different clothing needs, make separate lists or manually adjust the downloaded copy. One formula will not fit every person.
Assign shared items
The tool starts with one travel-documents and reservations check and one charging-kit reminder. A setting adds a transit plan, beach bag, or campsite booking and gear check. These are reminders, not a claim that one physical item serves everyone.
Name one owner for each shared task and one backup if losing it would disrupt the trip. Put the assignment on your final list.
Add custom reminders
Enter group items one per line, such as a board game, reusable tote, or shared adapter. Each custom entry starts with quantity one. You can revise that quantity after export or on the printout once you know the group’s actual needs.
Avoid using the shared list for private information. This tool stays in the browser session, but a printed or downloaded copy can be seen by anyone who receives it.
Confirm before departure
Ask each traveler to confirm their assigned shared items, documents, and transport details. A group total does not mean the bags will be distributed evenly, so check who has space and who can carry what.
Reconcile the final list once rather than sending several conflicting versions around the group.
